the greatest business anyone can ever be involved in,
and anyone can be in that business!
Jeremiah 9:24 To acknowledge God’s loving-kindness, judgment and righteousness is the purpose of GLORY, as Jeremiah so beautifully states…
I present my abbreviated motto of life below.
In 1972 I found the purpose for life in
a personal relationship with
the God of Creation,
the God of the Bible.
the Son of God, the ‘Fullness of the godhead Bodily’-Col 1:16, Jesus Christ.
He has guided me perfectly ever since.
In 1978 I found the vocational love of my life
in Chattanooga while attending graduate school:
cleaning.
Now I’ve found that doing what you love is
the beginning of a real life purpose.
However, that purpose must also have
a personal connection to the God of Creation,
and the only place to find reliable information on that
is THE BOOK, the Bible
(available in many versions, good, and otherwise (don’t go there!), I prefer NKJV, and KJV).
I have made my relationship to God the motto of my business:
“The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever.” Psalm 19.9.
(the back side of my business card)
Though not everyone may seek a relationship with God,
you can begin by learning what you do well and doing it.
When you experience success it might be worth the time
understanding
why
and where
such success truly comes from
by studying these verses: Joshua 1:8 and Psalm 139.14.
WHY
David in a Psalm:
av: Ps 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully
[and] wonderfully made:
marvellous [are] thy works;
and [that] my soul knoweth right well.
nkjv: Ps 139:14 I will praise You, for I am fearfully
and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
WHERE
Joshua, as he entered the “Promised Land”:
av: Jos 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth;
but thou shalt meditate therein day and night,
that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein:
for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous,
and then thou shalt have good success.
nkjv: Jos 1:8 “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth,
but you shall meditate in it day and night,
that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.
For then you will make your way prosperous, and
then you will have good success.
No one with God’s Prosperity and His Success
can experience emptiness or depression in life
when possessing and pressing toward these goals.
You will find flaws, errors, and sin in my life while I live this imperfect earthly sojourn,
but I find incredible forgiveness as needed daily.
I adore my forgiving God and
I look forward to His Redemption in my life eternal hereafter!
Phil 3:13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended;
but one thing I do,
forgetting those things which are behind and
reaching forward to those things which are ahead,
14 I press toward
the goal
for the prize
of the upward call of God
in Christ Jesus.
