A. The Presidential Carpet Restoration Package
is the choice package our company offers to provide the quality your home deserves. THIS "CARPACK" INCLUDES:
! Detailed Pre-Inspection of your entire floor covering with professional maintenance recommendations
! Detailed Dry Vacuuming of our recommended service for each use area
! Furniture-Appropriate Movement for all serviced areas. We move what should be moved!
! Ultimate Extraction Program Cleaning of the total serviced area.
! A Pre-Conditioning Application of products specified as textile/ flooring appropriate
! A Grooming of All Pre-Conditioned areas to facilitate the best separation of all foreign elements to textile/ flooring service areas
! An Extraction of all service areas utilizing products specified as textile/ flooring appropriate
! Post-Extraction Professional Spotting of all service areas utilizing products specified as textile appropriate for areas unresponsive to prior procedures.
! Application of Fiber-appropriate Protector with Grooming thereafter
! A Return of all Furniture-Appropriate Movement with all necessary protectors for legs and feet affected to original and requested positions.
! Post-Extraction Drying Environment Set-up with instructions for maximum drying procedures.
! Special 2 Year Spot-Extraction Service for a nominal Fee with 48 hour response.
B. The Professional Carpet Restoration Package
is the common package our company offers to provide the quality your budget requires. THIS "CARPACK" INCLUDES:
! Detailed Dry Vacuuming of our recommended service for each use area
! Furniture-Appropriate Movement for all serviced areas. We move what we recommend you move.
! Extraction Program Cleaning of the total serviced area.
! A Pre-Conditioning Application of products specified as textile/ flooring appropriate
! A Grooming of All Pre-Conditioned areas to facilitate the best separation of all foreign elements to textile/ flooring service areas
! An Extraction of all service areas utilizing products specified as textile/ flooring appropriate
! Post-Extraction Professional Spotting of all service areas utilizing products specified as textile appropriate for areas unresponsive to prior procedures.

C. The Practical Carpet Restoration Package
is the budget package our company offers to provide the minimum cost. THIS "CARPACK" INCLUDES:
! Hourly Charged Dry Vacuuming of our recommended service for each use area
! Limited Furniture Movement for all serviced areas. We charge for all furniture you have not moved.
! Extraction Program Cleaning of the total serviced area.
! A Pre-Conditioning Application of products specified as textile/ flooring appropriate
! An Extraction of service areas utilizing products specified as textile/ flooring appropriate
! Post-Extraction Professional Spotting of all service areas utilizing products specified as textile appropriate for areas unresponsive to prior procedures.
! Limited Return of Furniture-Appropriate Movement with all necessary protectors for legs and feet affected to original and requested positions.
! Post-Extraction Drying Environment Set-up with instructions for maximum drying procedures.
This package is not an industry standard. Free Re-cleaning is not offered as well as additional noted charges therein.

Terms and Conditions:
We will perform restoration including an initial inspection, dry-soil removal, spotting, preconditioning, and restoration extraction, for the carpet cleaning packages, Presidential and Professional Levels, according our commitment to standards set forth in the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, which will include a workmanship guarantee offering free re-cleaning if our client reports dissatisfaction to us within 7 days of the cleaning. The re-cleaning will not cover cases of pre-existing damage to the carpet or upholstery through dye loss, instability, scratching and other pre-qualified environmental effects which will either be noted on our work order or reviewed orally before work is begun.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Practical Carpet Cleaning Package level, since it is designed to save the customer the maximum expense, will only provide education, instruction on post-cleaning procedures, and a minimum work commitment through customer involvement in the full certification standards to accomplish the cleaning of ordered carpet work. The Customer will be expected to complete steps normally included in the standard not included in this package. The company, therefore, will not be liable to offer satisfaction to the customer conditions pre-existing, OR in services not rendered.
